Settlers Apartments is a continuation of the award winning Settlers Village, an over 55 Village located in Estella, Wagga Wagga. The Apartments provide a living environment offering our residents care and assistance as and when they require, but also allowing them to be as independent as they wish. A resident of Settlers Apartments can expect security, companionship and friendly trained staff that will take good care of their daily living needs. Our Kitchen team provide delicious meals 7 days per week, prepared onsite using locally sourced ingredients.  Our Care Management team personally oversees all residents care needs.  Our team core values at Settlers are Integrity, Passion, Care, Commitments, Competence and we all take pride in our work to achieve this high standard.

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum of Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Experience in the Industry
• Empathetic Communication skills
• Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Tasks & responsibilities

As a Settlers Carer, you would be working in conjunction with our dedicated, professional team to provide care and support to ensure our residents enjoy a social lifestyle of companionship, safety, security, hospitality and independence .
