About the role
Our Career Medical Officer’s (CMO’s) work closely with Visiting Medical Officer’s (VMO’s) across a range of specialities and are responsible for managing and delivering the efficient, safe and professional clinical care of patients within Calvary Bruce Privates facilities.
About You
You will be able to demonstrate your skills and clinical knowledge to manage a broad spectrum of presentations including medical, surgical and mental health patients. Permanent Night Duty Monday/Tuesday
Mandatory:
Full registration as a Medical Practitioner with AHPRA.
Proven competence in applying medical knowledge and sound judgement in clinical diagnosis, investigation and treatment of patients.
Commitment to ethical practice.
Superior interpersonal, consultation, negotiation and communication skills.
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
COVID-19 vaccination is a mandatory requirement unless assessed exempt.
Highly desirable:
An understanding and ability to apply quality improvement principles in medical practice and within an accredited hospital.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to the general management of a clinical unit in a customer focused environment, including the ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
