Your Role
Your role as a Consultant is to deliver Career Transition services to program participants according to LHH quality standards through one-on-one coaching and/or facilitation of workshops/meetings. For those without experience we provide full training and coaching.
Your Duties
- Career Transition Coaching - Provide high quality consultation services to clients through one-on-one coaching, training, and group facilitation according to LHH program standards.
- Case Load Management - Manage a caseload of clients as business needs require, ensuring a quality client experience and achievement of Customer Centred KPIs
- Database Management - Maintain up-to-date records of all activities with clients
- Confidentiality - Ensure confidentiality, privacy, and security requirements of LHH clients and customers is adhered to
- Software - Utilize LHH Career Transition tools as prescribed by LHH standard
- Teamwork - Participate and contribute at individual and/or team site meetings, workshops, conferences, and events
- Administration - Manages all associated administration in a timely and accurate manner
- Client Management - Ability to deal positively with emotional and challenging clients
