AddressLooking for an Accounts Assistant for a Construction company that deals with Commercial and Residential Construction.
TRAINING will be provided for our current systems and the job description as follows:
1. Electronically stamp invoices from emails
2. Print invoices and stamp with relevant stamps
3. Open incoming Mail and distribute
4. Register invoices in Jobpac (other software if applicable)
5. Attach documents and file on server
6. Distribute invoice/ progress claims to project teams
7. Follow up on the insurances and other documents required
8. Assist with data entry of credit card receipts, payments and reconciliations
9. Create new creditors and maintain existing records including insurances for subcontractors
10. Creditor enquiries and phone calls
11. Follow up on credit notes, delivery dockets as required
12. Reconcile creditor invoices to statements
13. Assist in posting invoices and subcontractor progress claims to Jobpac
14. Assist in preparation of monthly invoice and subcontractor payment runs.
15. Process payments in Jobpac.
16. File paid invoices/ progress claims.
17. Assist with archiving of records as required.
18. Assist with reception and telephone calls as/when required
19. Assist with stationery orders and update records as required
20. Liaise with project staff in relation to invoices and subcontractor payments
21. Carry out other duties as required.
P.S: We will conduct National Police, Medical and Reference checks for successful candidate.
