Moss Vale Holiday House provides all inclusive holiday programs for the families that we support.
About the role
Legacy Club Services are currently seeking a Caretaker to join our team at our Holiday House based in Moss Vale. The program runs over a 10 day period every two weeks with a four day break between.
Working with the Program Manager to assist with the day to day running and maintenance of the house this role includes a variety of tasks including handyman, gardening and administration.
This is a live in position and accommodation is provided onsite in a two bedroom apartment separate to the accommodation for guests.

Key Responsibilities
- General daily maintenance of the house and grounds
- Regular scheduled maintenance of the house and grounds
- Scheduling and management of contractors
- General daily operations of the house during program periods
- Response to issues and emergencies onsite
Essential requirements:
- Previous experience in a Caretaker role within a small to medium establishment or residential facility
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Fit and active with the ability to maintain grounds and gardens
- Previous experience in managing and maintaining building maintenance schedules with service providers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to engage in building and maintaining relationships with internal / external stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Able to work autonomously with a ‘can-do’ attitude
