Job Description
We are looking to appoint a Front Office Supervisor/ Co-caretaker at our beautiful Oaks Casuarina Santai Resort on a Full-Time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join an amazing team with excellent benefits available.
We can also offer the option for an enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to step up as a Senior Guest Service Agent/co-caretaker.
This role includes co-caretaking duties. Live onsite and enjoy all the benefits: Free accommodation, Wi-Fi and electricity, with a short walk to the local cafes and beaches. Enjoy everything the resort has to offer, work hard then relax at one of the many lounges areas or pools.
About the role:
- Guide & support the team in providing outstanding guest welcoming and experiences
- Act as a role model, sharing your expertise and continually inspiring the team
- Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Conduct guest arrivals and departures
- Assist with end of month reporting
- Resolve & respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Live on site and assist with co-caretaking duties.
Qualifications
To be successful you will have:
- Previous office supervisory experience
- Extensive experience working within a Hotel/ Resort environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Professional presentation essential
- Ability to work independently
- Availability to work weekends if required
