We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Live-In Caretaker to join our team at one of our new locations in the heart of Manly Beach. This is a unique opportunity to live and work in one of Sydney's most iconic beachfront locations.
About the Role:
- Accommodation: Included in the package is a beautiful one-bedroom apartment on-site.
- Hours: 38 hours per week. Standard hours are Monday to Friday (7 hours daily), with additional 3 hours spread over the weekend for some essential tasks.
- Responsibilities:
- Daily cleaning of common areas such as the foyer, lifts, and pool.
- Managing and supervising all maintenance activities using MYBOS building management software.
- Light handyman duties including minor repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinating with contractors, ensuring licenses and insurances are up to date.
- Handling after-hours emergencies and urgent maintenance callouts.
- Monitoring and managing building access control, key, and CCTV systems.
- Reporting and ensuring compliance with building standards and safety regulations.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in building management or similar roles.
- Proficiency in using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (preferably MYBOS).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Basic handyman skills are advantageous.
- Ability to handle emergencies and maintain confidentiality.
