This is a full-time position with rotating shifts, providing a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment at one of Australia's busiest airports. Operational Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with our Client and Airline specific standards. Facilitate the smooth flow of import and export cargo between customers and aircraft.

Handle customer inquiries related to cargo reservations, tracking, tracing, and quoting. Prepare accurate airway bill documentation, manifests, and information for flights. Verify cargo documentation data, rate charges, schedules, and routing.
