What we do:

AC Bathroom Renovations is a new business that is quickly gaining recognition. Our focus is to provide quality Bathroom Renovations and upgrades for local homeowners. We work on existing homes, often while the house is lived in. So being tidy and respectful is very important. Our long-term guarantees ensure our clients have no issues after we're done. This means you will be required to perform high-quality work with attention to detail. The homeowners take pride in their homes, so we will ensure our finishing and clean-up are on-point. Keeping both the tradies happy and the homeowner raving about us.

AC Bathroom Renovations works alongside our existing business; an award-winning maintenance plumbing and drain repair business; AC Plumbing Qld. So a fair bit of the workload is for existing clients of this business. The plumbing and drain team has an excellent reputation and is an inclusive, happy group, ready to welcome you in.

Additionally, you will be required to assist with various other building work to assist with plumbing jobs between the stages of the bathroom work. This work may include small concrete repairs, assisting concreters on medium concreting jobs, assisting with wet area and external waterproofing, constructing or repairing small retaining walls, tiling, painting, small plaster repairs, etc.

AC Bathroom Renovations is looking for a full-time Carpente who has good experience and knowledge of bathroom renovation work. 

Based in Brendale, we service Northern and inner Brisbane. AC Bathroom Renovations is a developing business delivering high levels of customer service with strong attention to detail.

A suitable applicant will need to be clean and tidy with their work, and their appearance and take good care of the equipment. The main difference here is that we are looking for staff who don't just go through the motions but genuinely care about what they are doing.

What your days will look like:

👉 You'll receive a well-organised schedule of jobs, via your phone through our online management program - Servicem8.

👉 You will be guided by our licenced builder Dave who oversees quoting and job management.

👉 It is not uncommon for you to encounter unforeseen changes during stages of these jobs. In these circumstances you will have to effectively communicate these with Dave and the client. The ability to do the quoting of any variations for these is desirable.

👉 You may be given a work vehicle and/or trailer that you can take home that you will then be responsible for managing. That means keeping it clean and tidy, advising our office when it requires repairs or maintenance, staying organised, and having the right equipment so you can complete each task efficiently.

👉 Your responsibilities will include: Driving safely to and from job sites, speaking with clients to confirm details, and keep them informed. Performing quality work in a safe manner. Working efficiently to complete jobs in a timely manner without compromising quality. Keeping all tools and equipment clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Performing some other odd jobs to maintain a smooth and organised workflow.

👉 You will be required to communicate with the customer to ensure you fully understand their requirements and help them to upgrade their home or business.

👉 Staying in constant communication with the team so your day runs smoothly. We are all here to help each other perform at our best each day!

👉 You will be considered an equal with the entire team from Apprentice through to Operations Manager as we believe we all need each other to achieve our goals.
