We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The main duties of this role will involve home renovations, some commercial carpentry and joinery work, as well as outdoor structures, pergola and decking constructions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both residential and commercial settings, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. A valid driver's license is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks including framing, installing windows and doors, cabinetry, and finishing work.
- Execute home renovation projects according to specifications and timelines.
- Complete commercial carpentry and joinery tasks with precision and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter, with expertise in both home renovations and commercial carpentry.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license.
