Mod Hauz are seeking an experienced carpenter to join the Mod Hauz team, building small, stunning modular & small homes. With many of our clients now seeking on-site builds, we are looking for a senior carpenter to head up our Northern Rivers builds. 

The role will also involve some projects on Russel Island. 

Reporting to the Construction Manager, your role will be comprised of:

The job:

• Travel to client sites to complete on-site work such as footings, framing etc. 
• Steel-frame & timbre frame  construction 
• Most aspects of modular home construction, framing, insulation, roof construction, cladding
• Cabinetry work (Putting together Kaboodle kitchens)
• Working with electricians and plumbers
