- Qualifications in a building related trade such as Carpentry, Shop Fitting or Cabinet Making is required.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years domestic or commercial experience.
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to deal effectively and professionally with all stakeholders.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to regulations and best practice.
About the role….
- Carry out minor building projects including furniture repairs and joinery.
- Maintain all types of fixed and mobile equipment.
- Fabrication of trade related items from wood, metal and other materials.
- Liaise with event operations teams for coordination of events/front of house related activities ensuring all activities and tasks are completed safely and in a timely manner.
- Ensure maintenance records are correct and up to date.
- Upkeep of workshop and store areas guaranteeing a safe and tidy presentation at all times.
