• Carry out minor building projects including furniture repairs and joinery.
• Maintain all types of fixed and mobile equipment.
• Fabrication of trade related items from wood, metal and other materials.
• Liaise with event operations teams for coordination of events/front of house related activities ensuring all activities and tasks are completed safely and in a timely manner.
• Ensure maintenance records are correct and up to date.
• Upkeep of workshop and store areas guaranteeing a safe and tidy presentation at all times.

• Qualifications in a building related trade such as Carpentry, Shop Fitting or Cabinet Making is required.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years domestic or commercial experience.
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to deal effectively and professionally with all stakeholders.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to regulations and best practice.
Please note also, applicants must have Australian residency or Permanent Resident status. The successful applicant will be required to provide the Centre with a National Police Certificate Name Only (Police Check).
