We're offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Carpenter to advance their career, move off the tools, oversee new builds and been developed into a much needed Site Coordinator.
We prioritize a positive and supportive culture as we stability grow, securing more projects. You'll have ample opportunities gratuitously explore different towns all as your regional travel is covered and long stay accommodation for our fifo sites provided.

About the role:

• Coordinate and oversee new build projects for assisted living homes from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on site.
• Manage documentation and reporting requirements, including project schedules, progress reports, and budget tracking.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries, providing project updates, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the construction process.

What you need:

• Preferred Carpentry background but open to other trade experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work to a deadline.
• Excellent communication with the ability to collaborate across sites, trades, and deliveries.
• Knowledge of residential construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
• Commitment to upholding company values and maintaining high standards of finishing
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
