We are looking for an experienced Cartage Coordinator to join our team in Sydney based in Moorebank.
Responsibilities
- Book deliveries with internal or external transport providers
- Monitor availability of freight both internally and externally
- Confirm delivery availability with clients
- Liaise regularly with clients on delivery specifics including time, location, any special services required
- Manage client queries and provide assistance as required
- Prepare and issue client invoices
- Process creditor invoices
Requirements
- Previous experience in air and LCL cartage/delivery position within a freight forwarder required
- Cargowise experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Time management, prioritisation skills, numerical competence with good attention to detail
- Problem solving skills with the ability to make decisions and proactively inform stakeholders
- Co-operative working style and customer focused to build strong relationships
