About the RoleBased in Tatura, you’ll join the Customer Experience team providing superior front-line customer service and office administration support to all GMW customers and stakeholders.
Working in a team environment, the Customer Support Officer is responsible for processing a range of transactions, resolving customer enquiries and is committed to meeting agreed performance targets and quality standards.
What do you need?- experience in customer service;
- will possess strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening;
- be able to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively;
- be flexible and able to attend a shift at short notice,
- thrive in a busy environment and
- be highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude.
