Casual Administration Officer

Where you'll be working:
The successful applicant will be working within the Administration Service team to provide administrative support and frontline customer service for a multidisciplinary service within a busy Community Health Outpatient Centre at Forster and also have the opportunity to work in Taree.

About the role:
The successful applicant will build on their previous administration skills and experience to provide administration support to health professionals. They will apply their patient focused skills to welcome and direct patients, their professional and friendly phone manner, along with acquired knowledge to respond to patient enquiries and communicate with internal and external health service providers.

The successful applicant will be provided with orientation and training specific to each role within the Administration Department. Information, procedures manuals and duties lists will be provided for guidance and adherence, and provided with ongoing team support.

About you:
The successful applicant must have administration skills, with previous administration experience. The applicant must be patient focused, have the ability to retain information and be punctual and reliable. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent front line customer service and communication skills; and must have the ability to work cohesively within a team environment, with a hardworking, friendly and positive outlook.
