SalaryCasual Cafe Attendant for busy cafe at Heritage Tourist Railway.
Zig Zag Railway is a family friendly venue offering visitors the chance to experience heritage steam travel on the original rail path down the picturesque western escarpment of the Blue Mountains – almost exactly as it was in the late 1800s.
The railway serves 2700 passengers on operating weekends and during the week serves the communities of Clarence, Dargan and Bell and the large industrial areas surrounding the railway.
Desirable Criteria:
Barista experience and Food Safety and Handling Certificate desired but not essential. Training will be provided.
Essential Criteria:
Must be available for 14 day rotating roster including early morning starts and weekdays.
Cafe Opening Hours-
Monday - Thursday 5am to 1.30pm
Friday 5am - 4.30pm
Saturday and Sunday - 8am - 4.30pm
Must have own transport
Potential for Permanent Full Time, Part Time or Hospitality Traineeship for the right applicant.
