Band 4 $67,694 - $71,261yearly, plus 11% statutory superannuation
The Finance team is looking for self-motivated team player to join them as a Rates Officer. If you enjoy customer service-based roles and are able to show that you have the ability to be organised in your work, can adapt to fluctuating workloads and show a high level of attention to detail, then we would love to have you apply.
What your day will look like:

• Maintain the Council’s customer and property and financial rating system.
• Respond to customer enquiries.
• Maintain rate and property records.

We are looking for someone who:

• Data processing experience, with a high degree of accuracy.
• Has experience in using a wide range of software applications, corporate systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Can show how they work well and cooperates in a team environment.
• Has high level written and verbal communication skills and wants to offer excellent customer service, even during stressful situations.
