Casual Chef De Partie - Ioesco Restaurant

THE OPPORTUNITY 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the renowned Gold Coast restaurant, Ioesco Restaurant.

For over a decade, Ioesco has been bringing an authentic Italian dining experience to Sanctuary Cove locals and the greater Gold Coast community. Ioesco is a premium, traditional Italian family restaurant with emphasis on technique and produce.

This role will suit chefs looking for extra shifts in a fast paced and well-run kitchen. So, if you are keen to work with some of the best in Hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you!

Working closely with the senior Kitchen team, the Chef de Partie will:

• Assist the Head Chef with the daily management of the venue
• Ensure food and menu quality is at its highest and meets set standards
• Assist in the reduction of food waste by following portion control standards
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness within the kitchen at all times

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A passion for food & ability to work independently 
• A team player attitude
• A high standard of personal presentation and standard of hygiene
• Enthusiasm, commitment, and seeking the opportunity to learn and develop professionally
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
• Own Transport and ability to work casually across the restaurants opening hours (Tuesday to Sunday)
