In here, we crave the informal. Our bistro is made for people to come together over good food, whether it be a catch up with mates you haven't seen in a while, or one of those long lunches that you never want to end.
This position will start as a casual position with roughly 30-35 hours per week with the possibility to move to a full time position for the right candidate, knowledge of all sections is a benefit but training can be provided and we would prefer someone who can work on deep fry, pans and pizza.

What you'll do:
- Assist the senior chefs in preparing a variety of meals according to menu and orders
- Work efficiently to ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests.
- Comply with safety and health policies, procedure and role responsibilities as defined in the Safety and Health Responsibilities and Accountabilities procedure
- Setup and cleaning of kitchen
What you'll need:
- Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchen
- Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu
- An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Trade cooking qualifications are essential
