About The Role

Seeking an experienced Commis Chef to join our fast paced and dynamic kitchen team. 

To be considered for the role you would need:

• The ability to work across a rotating roster- maybe a breakfast shift, or maybe a close (latest finish is 9.30pm)   
• A proactive and inclusive mentality, and a desire to work cohesively as part of a team to deliver exceptional food, consistently. 
• A safe mindset- from both a WHS & Food Safety perspective.
• Great communication skills.
• Experience in a similar role, and a willingness to learn and grow as a team. 

Skills & Experience 

• Proven experience within a similar role will be highly regarded.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn .
• Professional and personable, with a can do attitude.
• A willingness to use initiative and strong problem solving skills.
• A creative flair, able to inject your passion for cooking into every plate.
