About the Role

A casual opportunity is available for a suitably experienced Customer Service Officer to join our reception and friendly team at Beatty Park Leisure Centre.

Key duties of the role will include:

• Deal with enquiries by the members of the public and provide information in a positive and professional manner
• Daily processing of all monies received at reception for general entries, memberships, programmes, courses, bookings and retail sales
• Assist with retail sales, including receiving, tagging and displaying new stock
• Assist with enquiries regarding Community Facilities

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering high quality Customer Service, a good working knowledge of a computerised point of sale system along with the ability to work rostered hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
