We now have an exciting opportunity available for Casual Gaming Attendants.
Duties and responsibilities as a Gaming Attendant include:
- Working with our various gaming facilities which include poker machines, Gaming Cashier, TAB and KENO
- Assisting customers with machine payouts
- Being a brand ambassador
- Providing service which includes making coffees, food items and mixing drinks
The successful candidate will need to possess:
- A genuine interest in delivering personalised customer service with excellence
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment, without sacrificing the finer detail
- A current RSA & RCG competency card is mandatory
- A current ARCG is desired
You will be required to be flexible with your availability and work a rotating roster which involves weekdays and nights, weekends and public holidays.
