Guildford Leagues Club has an exciting opportunity to join our team in our Gaming department. Are you dedicated to providing an exceptional level of customer service and enhancing the customer experience?
Duties in our gaming department include;
- Providing customer service to patrons using our gaming room facilities
- Process Poker Machine payouts
- Fix minor machine faults
- Preparation of beverages and providing drink tray service
- Cash Handling and Till Reconciliation
- Processing TAB and Keno transactions
- General cleaning of Club areas
The opportunity for additional training in other departments within the Club is also available for suitable applicants.
To be successful in these roles you must have
- RSA and RCG Competency card. ARCG would be highly regarded.
- Flexible availability. You will be available to work shifts including days, nights, weekends and Public Holidays
- You will be a passionate team player who can demonstrate a strong work ethic in a fast paced environment, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
The Club operates Monday - Sunday from 9am - 5am
We have modern, recently refurbished premises and offer staff discounted meals, paid training, staff incentive programs and a welcoming team environment.
Previous experience will be highly regarded, however full training will be provided to suitable applicants.
