About the Position
Our Library Officers are at the forefront of providing exemplary customer service that support the provision of a welcoming, inclusive and highly accessible Library Service. We are looking for people with a curious mindset who are keen to contribute to the delivery of services to our diverse community.
This is a casual position that works on an as required basis across the City’s three libraries in Bayswater, Maylands, and Morley. Library Officers work hours that include evenings and weekends.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have excellent interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and contribute to the team’s success. You will need to be someone who is eager to learn and demonstrate their commitment to providing excellent customer service. The successful candidates will have a demonstrated ability to operate a range of corporate systems and applications, ensuring that transactional records are accurate. You will also need to hold a current WA ‘C’ class motor vehicle driver’s license and if successful, a police clearance.
