MindPact, a leading online psychology clinic, is expanding and looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as a Casual Medical Admin Assistant. We are seeking an individual with a positive attitude, high attention to detail and a passion for innovation and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Admin Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting our clinic's day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Managing the business telephone for inbound and outbound calls.
- Assisting with billing and invoicing processes to ensure smooth financial transactions.
- Providing outstanding customer service, fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Collaborating closely with the Practice Manager and Psychologists to optimise clinic efficiency.
About You
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- At least 1 year of Medical Administration experience.
- A warm and positive attitude, coupled with a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Innovative thinking and a drive for process improvement.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience with email correspondence and familiarity with Halaxy is advantageous.
- The ability to work independently and remotely.
- Full Australian Working Rights required.
