Casual Relief Teachers

We welcome and encourage all eligible candidates to apply as we have a need for casual/relief staff across all areas of the school (High School and Senior College, Primary School and Early Childhood) on a regular basis. The successful candidate will require an active interest and enthusiasm to engage with the Steiner curriculum. Steiner training is desirable but not essential.

To be considered you must:

• hold a teaching qualification and be registered with ACT TQI or 
• be undertaking your final semester of your teaching degree and have completed your final practical placement.
• hold a current WwVP registration.
• Be eligible to work in Australia.

By submitting your application, you are registering your interest in casual/relief work as it becomes available. You will be contacted as needs arise that match your skills and experience. Not all applications will be responded to.

• teaching qualifications and experience;
• contact details for two professional referees, including a current manager / most recent direct supervisor;
• confirmation that you hold ACT TQI Registration OR permit to teach; and
• confirmation that you hold a current Working with Vulnerable People (WwVP) Registration.

A cover letter is encouraged, (but not essential) as it helps us get a sense of who you are and why you are interested in working at Orana.
