We are always on the lookout for Casual team members to join us, predominantly working within our Operations team, in Retail, F&B, Tickets and Rides.
Our Operations team members are such an important part of our Scenic World family & we love to welcome new team members aboard!
Duties will include:
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service and a unique and world class experience for our guests
- Ensure that our customers choosing to ride are safe and comfortable at all times
- Ensure customers with valid tickets are served promptly and courteously
- Service and preparation of food and beverages
To be successful in this role, you will possess and demonstrate:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment and a passion to go above and beyond for our customers
- Possess strong communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet
- A love of all things outdoors
- F&B team members – RSA or Barista training and experience is desirable but not, a requirement of the role
- Experience working in a customer service/customer facing role is advantageous
- Previous experience in the Tourism industry is advantageous
