ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Casual Sales Assistant, you assist the Store Manager to achieve store targets and KPI’s whilst upholding the Lucy Folk brand standards. You will be working from our Salon in Windsor, Victoria.

- Demonstrates the ultimate standard of an exceptional customer experience
- Maintains a high level of client service & experience across and embody the ‘concierge’ level of service expected by Lucy Folk
- Balances a ‘service first’ approach to sales while completing store tasks
- Is passionate about the product, demonstrates strong product knowledge and is driven to find solutions for customers
- Builds and maintains strong customer relationships and therefore fostering loyalty amongst Lucy Folk customers
SERVICES AND EVENTS
- Effectively assists in the running and delivery of all in store services and events to the satisfaction of the business and customer
- Takes accountability for booking customers to participate in all events and in store services
STORE OPERATIONS
- Follows policies, procedures and store operations to ensure store is run in an operationally efficient and compliant manner
- Ensures all required actions to support cyclical activity and promotions are followed
- Can proficiently conduct all required store operations tasks
- Takes responsibility for maintaining a clean store environment
- Takes responsibility for following all safety standards
- Follows secure store opening and closing procedures and takes responsibility for stores cash handling and banking
- Adheres to all rostered hours and takes any leave in accordance with policies and procedures
- Identify any maintenance issues and communications to Store Manager
IN-STORE EXPERIENCE
- Leads by example, contributing to a professional, positive & engaging environment for both customers & fellow staff
- Nurtures local clientele & Nomad’s (VIP’s)
- Embodies the ‘concierge’ level of service expected by Lucy Folk
- Assists with executing in-store events & promotions as directed by the Store Manager
CLIENT EXPERIENCE
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and NRM on opportunities and ideas on streamlining and improving the LF experience.
- Identifying top spenders and nurturing relationships to improve the VIP program.
- Identifying opportunities to convert a customer to Bespoke and nurturing those relationships throughout the bespoke process.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 1 year in the retail, customer service industry (required)
- Fluent verbal and written English (required)
- Able to work weekdays and weekends, with flexibility to attend occasional after hours work & training sessions.
- Passion for customer service
