We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to coordinate and oversee all office administrative duties, ensuring our office operates smoothly and efficiently. This role also provides essential administrative support to the General Manager and the executive team.

Responsibilities
- Ensure availability and maintenance of standard office equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate workflow and information to enhance employee morale and motivation.
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and the executive leadership team.
- Oversee and perform general office tasks as required.
- Develop, implement, and update office policies and procedures.
- Manage project set up and administration.
- Provide administrative support for technical teams, including mobilization bookings, medicals ad DAS screening.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for all employees.
- Maintain company registers.
- Support marketing initiatives.
- Oversee onboarding of new employees, ensuring all checks are complete and necessary tools are ready.
- Handle human resources administration, maintaining personnel files confidentially.
- Manage expense processes and reconciliation, including credit card receipt management.
- Perform any other tasks or projects relevant to the role as directed by the General Manager.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in business administration or equivalent
- Experience in office management and administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing prioritie
- Excellent time management skills including the ability to meet deadlines
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service focus
- HR administration experience desirable
- High-level executive support experience also desirable
