What you will need :
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and adaptable approach
- Be helpful and positive
- Solution Focused
- Office Administration experience necessary

Tasks include:
- Administrative support to the Management Team
- Operational support including but not exclusive to IT, Programs, Systems and processes
- Diary Management
- Record Keeping
- Report Compilation for management
- Daily tasks to help and ensure smooth running of the office
- Ad-Hoc administrative tasks as required
This role is 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
