We are seeking well presented, motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our team across our Perth based locations. The key areas of responsibility for the role include:
- Ability to create a warm luxurious experience with our customers, presenting the brand story, be knowledge about our products, and points of difference.
- Work as part of a team to provide customers with a Kailis experience and be confident to close out sales to achieve targets.
- Be a team player and work in collegiate manner.
- Fully computer literate to be able to complete store administration and customer requirements.
Our Sales Associates should have the following skills and experience:
- Strong customer facing retail sales experience.
- A can-do attitude for both our customers and other team members.
- Great communication skills.
- Able to quickly build relationships and rapport with people.
- Experience in working in administrative systems.
- Good eye for visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Passion for luxury brands and/or jewellery.
We are looking for candidates who have a natural cultural fit with our brand as we value teamwork, customer experience and ensuring our team is well supported to achieve their best. Candidates should have availability of a minimum of 3 days per week including one weekend day.
