Job Description The Role:
Hastings People are looking to add to our team of hospitality professionals who share our love for the industry. We offer a variety of work across different hospitality styles and venues. If you have the desire to expand your cooking knowledge across premium restaurants, and fast-paced pubs, or, if you want to cook at scale we offer sporting stadiums, corporate functions, entertainment venues, aged care, and private school environments across Sydney and the surrounds.
If you are a talented chef who can work independently, has the desire to go above & beyond, is able to multi-task, has a positive can-do attitude, and loves being part of a kitchen team we would like to meet you.
To be successful you will have:
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Proven experience - at least 12 months cooking in a commercial kitchen
- A solid understanding of dietary requirements and HCCP
- A passion for quality produce and great service
- Knowledge of Work Health and Safety (WHS) principles
- Be reliable and punctual
- Legal working rights in Australia.
