About the role
Saint Ignatius’ College is seeking a pool of dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team on a casual basis. These positions will primarily be based at our Senior School, located at Athelstone, but may also work in our Junior or Early Years campuses in Norwood.
Members of the casual pool will need the flexibility to work across multiple departments including our Uniform shop, Bookroom, Reception/Student Services, and Finance departments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support including data entry, record management and reception duties
- General office duties including filing, maintenance of records, assisting Finance with invoice processing
- Providing assistance in the Uniform Shop as required including processing sales, operating the cash register, assisting with stock take.
- Assisting with work overload of other departments as directed
The successful candidate will:
- Possess or be willing to obtain, a Working with Children Check and complete Responding to Abuse and Neglect Training
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have high levels of customer service, attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills with the demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Be proactive, flexible, and adaptable in their approach to tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
