ACH Group have permanent shifts available for dedicated Catering Assistants, at our Residential Care Home, Colton Court located in McLaren Vale.
Catering Shifts are:
Monday - Sunday
1000 - 1330
1530 - 1830
What you'll do:
Reporting to the Hotel Services Team Leader, you will work autonomously to prepare and distribute delicious meals for the Residential Care Home.
Meal preparation, regeneration and distribution
Deliver expert customer service
Maintain documentation such as HACCP paperwork
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
Support the site with other general kitchen duties and much more
You will need:
Meal preparation/food handling experience
Excellent documentation skills
Excellent attention to detail
A passion for supporting choice and independence
The successful candidate will need to provide a current Flu Vaccination Statement and an up-to-date COVID19 vaccination statement (at least 3 doses)
A Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old
High level customer service experiences

A food handling certificate

Experience in a similar role
