- Relevant industry qualifications
- Proven 2- 3 years’ experience in the same position
- Proven track record in catering management or related roles.

- Profound understanding of food safety regulations and industry best practices.

Remuneration: Competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 p.a. plus superannuation
