The Frost Group, a leader in the Design, Manufacture and Installation of Commercial Kitchens and Bars for over 50 years and is currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Salesperson to manage our equipment sales business in Newcastle.
Ideally, the person would have some existing sales experience in equipment or other allied sectors of the industry and have a passion for the industry with a keen interest in selling a diverse range of equipment to all hospitality sectors.
Based in our Cameron Park site, this person would manage a customer base from the Central Coast, Hunter, New England, and Mid North Coast area’s and continue to develop further business in these regions as well as managing enquiries via multi-faceted media platforms.
Sales training and support will be provided to the successful applicant as well as an excellent salary package inclusive of performance bonus, company car and other benefits.
Key Requirements for the role:
- Demonstrated sales experience in a hospitality or allied supplier field
- Experience in an associated refrigeration or technical field would be highly regarded
- An ability to communicate well with a diverse range of clients, from Sole Traders to High Level Managers
- A strong work ethic and motivated to become an industry leader in their field
- Ability to work in a self managed environment to deliver positive outcomes for all parties
