Millbrook Rise Centre is looking to employ a Catering Services Officer to join the team. You will work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment that strives to deliver outstanding healthcare to our patients, located within the beautiful Derwent Valley municipality.
As a Catering Services Officer you will be expected to perform the following:
Ensure a high standard of food preparation and presentation for patient and staff meals along with special dietary requirements for both food and refreshments where required.
Distribute meals to individual units in accordance with relevant policies.
Ensure adherence to food hygiene regulations throughout the kitchen and maintain regular cleaning checks, which are to be documented.
Clean and sanitise all kitchen equipment and relevant areas as directed by relevant supervisor, and in accordance with relevant guidelines.
Carry out duties safely and in accordance with Work Health and Safety requirements and food handling and hygiene regulations. 8. Undertake all training required to work in Mental Health Inpatient setting.
