We are currently seeking applications for a dynamic Services Manager to join the Management team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to residents via our hotel services. We have the flexibility to work with the successful applicant around work hours but are ideally looking at 0.6 to 0.8FTE.
The role is responsible for all operational requirements across catering, cleaning and laundry operations. You will be stepping into a well-managed and supported service where the groundwork of underpinning systems and processes has been completed. The successful applicant will have the desire to improve operations further to deliver greater choice and decision-making to residents.
The role is currently supported by a part-time Catering Coordinator who is committed to quality outcomes for residents and staff.

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Certificate IV Commercial Cookery or similar/higher
- Experience in a leadership role within Aged Care would be highly desirable but not essential.
- Good time management and ability to lead a team.
- Management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Current satisfactory National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance- or willingness to obtain.
- Evidence of right to work in Australia.
- Have had at least 3 doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccination.
