AddressSapphire Support is seeking to increase its causal pool of Support Workers, to give both you the SW and our Perm/Part time Team more flexibility. Qualities and necessities we're looking for in potential team members:
- Ability to write an informative cover letter detailing why you'd make a great addition to our team.
- Experience and strengths in working with individuals with disabilities and/or mental health expertise.
- Love for life and animals as indicators of character.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to bring positivity to every situation.
- Willingness to turn challenges into triumphs and maintain a joyful attitude.
- General understanding of WH&S, current First Aid and CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (WTO) or qualified equivalent experience.
- Current NDIS Workers Screening Blue & Yellow Card.
