Our Client is searching for amazing Support Workers to support her out in the community, including support to attend appointments, walking her dog and hanging together and joining in the regular yoga class. Aswell as all the fun things, support is required to assist with general household tasks.
Our Clients’ Support schedule includes the following shifts, 8.00am to 11.00am Tuesday, Wednesday, 2.00pm to 7.00pm Tuesday and Thursday and 8.00am to 1.00pm Fridays
Along with her great personality she is also such an easy going soul. If you are enthusiastic, caring, patient and a person who genuinely has an interest in helping and creating a relationship the this could be your perfect role!

Your key responsibilities & accountabilities…
To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered.
Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients' needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist
Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Clients needs.
Provide support to our Clients as required.
Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner.
Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required.
Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients.
To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals.
To be Successful you must…
Resonate with the role description above.
Hold CPR and first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Hold NDIS worker screening (or willingness to obtain).
Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card.
Hold Certificate III in disability or related fields (or willingness to obtain- preferred).
Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia.
Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives.
Be fit and willing to participate in Yoga classes.
