To ensure that the District’s Corporate Governance framework is implemented, adhered to, maintained, and improved in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Health Corporate Governance Accountability Compendium, the District’s Model By-Laws; applicable laws and legislation, and Accreditation Standards.
Design, develop, implement and evaluate the Districts Policy & Procedure Framework and Enterprise Risk Management systems to ensure that the risk framework aligns with the District’s strategic objectives, Board and management needs, and complies with relevant standards, legislative requirements and best practice.
Ensure all Governance and administrative facets of the CCLHD Board operate in accordance with legislative requirements and Ministry of Health standards.About You
- You have a Bachelors' Degree/qualifications or equivalent knowledge and experience in managing Corporate Governance, policy, risk and compliance in a complex healthcare setting..
- You have exceptional knowledge of enterprise risk management principles and experience in the concepts, processes and application of risk management within a complex healthcare service.
- You have a demonstrated ability to lead projects and embed change in the development and implementation of sustainable systems and processes on an organisational-wide basis within the state-wide frameworks.
- You have an understanding of the workings of government process and systems that relate to the Corporate Governance roles, relationships and accountabilities of the Central Coast Local Health District.

The Manager of Corporate Governance and Risk will be working with the Central Coast Local Health District, a prominent organisation dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community. You will have occasional travel between sites to fulfill the requirements of the role.
