We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Cellar Door Manager to orchestrate the daily operations of our Cellar Door and Restaurant, ensuring a flawless customer experience. Additionally, this role involves stepping in to support the Events Manager during their leave or RDOs.

About you:
- Hold an Approved Managers Certificate
- Have qualifications or experience in a similar position
- Professional approach and attitude
- Organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication skills, written and oral
- The ability to be adaptable and portray excellent problem-solving skills
- Values a hands on approach to Management
- Flexibility and availability to work across a rotating roster including some holidays, weekends, and evenings.

- Managing our online booking system
- Overseeing Cellar Door/Restaurant operations
- Managing and training staff
- Managing email and phone enquiries
- Social Media and website upkeep
- Front of house service and wine sales
- Ordering of supplies and stock
- Coordinating staff rosters
- Providing relief and support to Events Manager when on leave or RDO’s
