Venue and Customer Experience Manager
Credaro Wines is experiencing an exciting period of growth and are looking for a motivated Venue and Customer Experience Manager who is passionate about wine and knows what it takes to drive a sales team and deliver exceptional Customer Experience.
Celebrating 100 years in Margaret River, we are lucky to work from one of the most picturesque Cellar Doors in the region, overlooking Yallingup’s Wildwood Valley.
We are a family business in our fourth generation who work side by side, across five sites and 110 hectares of vineyards, to achieve a product that reflects our values of integrity and tradition.
As the face of our wine brand, the key requirements of the role will involve:
- Hosting engaging wine tasting experiences with cellar door guests.
- Providing venue administration (managing and maintaining stock requirements, rostering, liaising with customers and suppliers, answering day-to-day enquiries.
- Ensuring the cellar door presents well and is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Applying high attention to detail while processing online orders.
- Working alongside our marketing team to drive our Wine Club program and various brand initiatives.
- As required, facilitating hosted and external events with our marketing and functions team in the lead up and on the day.
- Working autonomously, along with guidance from the owners.
- Effectively leading, inspiring & developing the team’s culture, performance & skills.
- Using good financial acumen with strong controls of margins, wages & expenses.
