Centre Director - Brunswick

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Director to lead our client's Preston team. The Centre Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of center operations, managing a team of experienced leaders, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to children and families.

• Annual Salary of $100,000 to $110,000 + super

• Full-time position (38 hour week)

• You will lead a team of 30 permanent staff
• Join the leadership team which consists of a 2IC, Educational Leader and Nursery Leader

What you’ll come with:

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care
• 2+ years of Director experience in Early Years Education
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including National Law & Regulations, National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework
• A passion for developing, planning and implementing an innovative educational program with a commitment to inclusive early childhood practice and social justice
• A comprehensive understanding of child safety and the National Child Safe Principles
