About the role
As an Educational Leader you will play an influential role in promoting positive outcomes for children and families as well as ensuring that children’s learning and development is guided by the learning outcomes of approved learning frameworks. You will embody the Harmony vision, mission and values, and will crucially support the Nominated Supervisor to implement a holistic approach to the care and development of children, encouraging investigation, creativity and exploration of their environment.
We pride ourselves on our exceptional Leadership structure consisting of a full-time Centre Director, responsible for evaluating and driving effective centre business performance and a full-time Relationship Manager, responsible for all enrolment management and family engagement.
About the Centre
Harmony Springfield is a 124-place boutique Centre located close to bus stops, with ample parking in the heart of Springfield.
As a suitable candidate, you will have:
- An ACECQA approved Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Blue Card/WWCC
- High level knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
- Excellent written and communication skills,
- Recent experience in leading a team of educators
