As our Centre Director, a key focus will be to ensure a creative, engaging and professional team environment that enables a fun, safe and positive workplace. You will be responsible for daily management overseeing the standard operations of the service consisting of 3 rooms including a 3 & 4-year-old kinder program.
You will be well supported by our Early Learning leadership team to collaborate on new and innovate ideas and structures to support the Centre and team.
Create meaningful relationships with your team of educators, children, families and the Yea community.

About you
You have experience leading an early education and care service or have great operational management skills and willing to undertake a minimum of Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.
Building a strong, cohesive team is second nature to you and you can leverage this to engage in reflective conversations with your team around their growth and development.
To be successful, you will have:
- Operational skills and experience required to lead an early education and care service
- Relevant approved qualifications or willingness to undertake a Certificate III in early childhood education
- A proven track record in people leadership and change management
- Authorised Supervisor approval, or the ability to gain approval
- Willingness to undertake first aid, CPR and child protection training
