Your new role
Your role as Centre Director will require you to oversee the full operation of the centre which includes, compliance and staff development. You will use your previous experience in a similar role to ensure the high standards of the centre are maintained and using your interpersonal skills to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for children, families and educators. You will be supported by an experienced 2IC and an excellent leadership team to share ideas and experiences with.

What you need...
The successful applicant will have:
- Over 2 years of Director experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with Children, Families and Colleagues
- Presents well and demonstrates a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF
- Understands the QIP and has previous Assessment and Rating Experience
- Right to work in Australia.
- Diploma of Children Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification.
- WWCC or VIT.
