About your role:

• Responsible for the day-to-day running of the service with the close support of a highly skilled and experienced management team.
• Lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence and maintain strong professional relationships with one another,
• Lead our Early Childhood Centre to provide exceptional care and educational programs for our children,
• Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.

Essential Criteria: 

• You must have previous experience as a Director/ Nominated Supervisor in an Early Childhood service.
• Applicants must hold an Early Childhood Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. 
• Must hold a Current Working with Children Check.
• Must hold a National Police Check (within 6 months) 
• Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be proactive in implementing curriculum.
• Bright, friendly, dedicated, and energetic.
• Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Knowledge of Qikkids and CCMS administration
• Highly developed time management skills
• Desire to continually learn and add value to our childcare centres
